• The product should be available for sale on the reputed platforms in India that deal in selling new products, not used products like OLX etc.
• The brand of the product should be the same.
• The product should be brand new and not second-hand or used.
• The price should be compared, including the shipping cost and other applicable costs.
• The price of the product should exclude any promotional discounts.
• DesiDelights discount coupons and wallet credits cannot be used on the items covered under this policy.
• This policy applies only to new orders and if the order is under processing, then this policy will not apply.
• DesiDelights does not ensure that the item will be sold at the price-matched price but we will try our best to negotiate with the vendor to get the same price.
